eZeeScroller Introduction

The ezee Scroller by 4Level comes with 2 separate interface sets for each of the scroller types. One set is for the Vertical, and the other is for the Horizontal scroller. Each set contains interfaces with the same options and functions of operation. The interfaces were designed to be very user friendly and intuitive, however we recommend that you read the user manual to get the most out of your new scroller product.

The package also comes with 3 helper extensions.

  1. Scroller Controls
  2. Show Content Layer
  3. Scroller Stop

These helper extensions are simply that. Helpers. The Main Setup extension is all that is needed to build complete fully functional Vertical or Horizontal scrollers. Everything that is needed to insert and modify the scrollers is contained in the Main Setup interface. The helper extensions were included in the event you wish to make custom modifications to the controls and/or build your own controls.

Changing the scroller speed.

After scroller insertion you can change the speed of the scroller using the ScrollerControls helper extension. To change the speed, select the image or active text control and launch the ScrollerControls from the 4Level eZeeScroller category of the Dreamweaver Behaviors Panel. Refer to the ScrollerControls section of the help files for in depth instructions of its usage.

Changing the mouse event

You do not have to use the default mouse events that the Main Setup interface places on the buttons. To change the mouse event select the image or active text button and change the mouse event in the Dreamweaver Behaviors Panel.

Note: Using the Main Setup interface will restore the mouse events to thier defaults ( on the stock controls ) if they have been changed manually.
