Horizontal Style 3 TabBar

This is a MiniMenu tabbed style with a tab bar design drop downs.

Tab 1 has been selected as a persistant button. A delay of 350 ( 1/3 sec ) has been set on the drop subs and 500 ( 1/2 sec ) for the button return. Doing it this way the TabBar will close slightly before the button return. The TabBars is styled with a css background color that matches the buttons and page theme.
