Launches a new browser window with a number of options.
Note: Updated with return false for non-js enabled browsers. Instead of typing in javascript:; you will now enter in the URL to the page in the popup into the Property Inspectors Link field.
Access the Interface by clicking on the
in the Behaviors Panel and browse to the 4Level Open Browser option in the
4Level flyout category near the top of the list.

Load Image Interface
Window Width
Sets the width of the new window.
Window Height
Sets the height of the new window.
Position Left
Sets the left position of the window.
Position Top
Sets the top position of the window.
Center Window
Sets the top position of the window.
Navigation Toolbar
Adds the browser URL location field.
Location Toolbar
Adds the browsers toolbars. (Back, Forward, History, etc...)
Status Bar
Adds the browser status bar.
Menu Bar
Adds the browser menu bar.
Scrollbars
Adds scrollbars as needed.
Resize
Allows for resizing of the new window.
Fullscreen
Opens the new window completely fullscreen. ( Netscape browsers open with Title Bar)
Fullscreen w/title
Opens the new window with the title bar including original minimize and close controls.
Focus Popup
Checking this option will put focus to the popup window. This can be useful if you have several links from the main page to load into the popup and wish the popup to remain on top. You will need to name the popup window in the "Window Name" to target the same popup.
Highlight the text that you wish to launch the new window. In the Property Inspectors Link field type in the URL to the page. Launch the Open Browser Interface from the 4Level Category of the Behaviors Panel.

Should you wish to make changes to your settings once you have applied the behavior, simply place your cursor inside the text link or select the image and double click the 4Level Open Browser in the Behaviors Panel and the interface will appear where you can make your changes.
This extension is cross browser compatible with the exception of the fullscreen feature. This will appear in Internet Explorer only. Degrades gracefully in Netscape and Opera browsers by opening a featureless window without tools.
